Week 19

Dear Parents,

I hope that you are keeping warm in this cold weather.


Last week we covered the following:


Reading

· Lesson 8.6 – Create Patterns

· Lesson 8.7 – Translate Patterns


Social Studies

We started looking at cities. In particular we looked at the types of buildings and transport we find in a city.

Dictation:

I put the box in the slot at the bakery. The box fell into a basket.

Friday, 28 January - Math Chapter 8 Tests

Friday, 28 January – School closes at 15:00 for Chinese New Year.

School will re-open on Monday, 7 February 2011


Chinese New Year Class Party
